Judge Dillon ear ned a Bachelor of Arts in 2000 from Dartmouth College, a Master of Arts in 2003 from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor in 2010 from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. From 2012 to 2022, Judge Dillon was a trial attorney at Federal Defenders of San Diego Inc. From 2010 to 2012, she served as an attorney advisor at the Los Angeles Immigration Court. Judge Dillon is a member of the State Bar of California.
