I-907 Request for Premium Processing Service
Buys a guaranteed adjudication clock on certain petitions and applications. USCIS must act within the stated period or refund the fee. It does not improve the odds of approval - it only shortens the wait, and a request for evidence restarts the clock.

- Varies by benefit: $2,965 for I-129 H-1B, E-1, E-2, E-3, H-3, L-1, O, P, Q and TN classifications and for I-140 EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3; $1,780 for I-129 H-2B and R and for I-765 OPT and STEM OPT categories; $2,075 for I-539 F, J and M classifications. It is paid separately from the underlying filing fee.

- Premium processing is only available where USCIS has announced it for that specific benefit. Fees rose in February 2024 and the processing windows for I-539 and I-765 categories are 30 business days rather than 15.
