EOIR-28 Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative Before the Immigration Court
Puts a lawyer or accredited representative on the record before an immigration judge. It also lets the representative limit the appearance to specific matters if the court permits. Nothing a representative files is accepted until this is on file.
