Rohit Khanna was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in November 2023. Judge Khanna ear ned a Bachelor of Arts in 2002 from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor in 2006 from the Barry University School of Law. From 2011 to 2023, he practiced immigration law with Dehra Miotke LLC in Tampa, Florida. From 2010 to 2011, he practiced immigration first with Maney and Gordon, P.A. and then with the RK Law Firm, both in Tampa. In 2008 to 2010, he was a clerk and attorney with Ellen R. Gorman PA in St. Petersburg, Florida. In 2007, he was a business immigration consultant for the technology services company of Pro V International in Tampa. Judge Khanna is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
