Kathleen M. Reilly was appointed as an Immigration Judge to begin hearing cases in December 2021. Judge Reilly ear ned a Bachelor of Science in 1990 from Bucknell University and a Juris Doctor in 1994 from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. From 2002 to 2021, she served as an Attorney Advisor, Board of Immigration Appeals, Executive Office for Immigration Review, Department of Justice. From 2001 to 2002, she served as an Assistant General Counsel with the former Tricare Management Activity, Department of Defense, in Falls Church, Virginia. From 1998 to 2001, she was an Editor-in-Chief with West Group LLC, in the District of Columbia. From 1994 to 1998, she was a Litigation Associate with Spriggs & Hollingsworth, in the District of Columbia. Judge Reilly is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the Pennsylvania Bar.
