June K. Lee was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in November 2023. Judge Lee ear ned a Bachelor of Science in 2008 from Bowdoin College and a Juris Doctor in 2011 from Brooklyn Law School. From 2021 to 2023, she was the director of the Immigrants' Rights Legal Services Project at Legal Aid DC. From 2013 to 2021, she was a staff attorney, first at Queens Legal Services, then at Asian Pacific American Legal Resource Center, and finally at Legal Aid DC. From 2011 to 2012, she was a general litigation associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Judge Lee is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the New York State Bar.
