Huy M. Le was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in November 2024. Judge Le ear ned a Bachelor of Science in 2012 from Suffolk University and a Juris Doctor in 2016 from Northeastern University School of Law. From 2018 to 2024, he served as a trial attorney with the Office of Immigration Litigation, District Court Section, Civil Division, Department of Justice, in Washington, D.C., entering on duty through the Attorney General's Honors Program. From 2016 to 2018, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Kansas City Immigration Court, entering on duty through the Attorney General's Honors Program. Since 2017, Judge Le has also served as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate General's Corps. Judge Le is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
