I-941 Application for Entrepreneur Parole
The International Entrepreneur Rule application. A founder with a substantial ownership stake in a recent U.S. start-up that has attracted qualified investment asks for parole into the United States to grow the business. It is parole, not a visa or a status, and it lasts up to 30 months with one possible extension.

- Usage has always been low and the added Public Law 119-21 parole fee makes it more expensive. Parole can be terminated at DHS discretion.
