I-360 Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant
A catch-all immigrant petition covering several unrelated groups: VAWA self-petitioners abused by a citizen or resident relative, widows and widowers of U.S. citizens, Special Immigrant Juveniles, religious workers, Amerasians, and Afghan and Iraqi special immigrants. The eligibility rules differ completely by category; only the form is shared.

- The $250 Public Law 119-21 fee on SIJ petitions is new and cannot be waived, even though the underlying petition remains free. VAWA self-petitions are confidential under 8 USC 1367 and the abuser is never notified.
