G-325A Biographic Information (for Deferred Action)
Collects addresses, employment, and family history from someone requesting deferred action outside the DACA, VAWA, T and U programs. It is used for military-based deferred action, labor-investigation-based deferred action, medical and humanitarian requests, statelessness cases, and government referrals. USCIS uses it to run background checks on the request.
