G-28 Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative

Puts a lawyer or a DOJ-accredited representative on the record in a USCIS, ICE, or CBP matter. Once it is accepted, the agency sends copies of notices to the representative and will talk to them about the case. It is filed with the underlying application, not separately, and a new one is needed for each new filing.
