Attorney General William P. Barr appointed Robert P. Driscoll as an Immigration Judge in October 2020. Judge Driscoll ear ned a Bachelor of Science in 1984 from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor in 1993 from the Capital University Law School. From 1998 to2020, he served as an assistant attorney for the Athens County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, in Athens, Ohio. From 1993 to 1998, he was in private practice, in Columbus, Ohio. Judge Driscollis a member of the Ohio State Bar.
