Eric W. Schultz was appointed as an Immigration Judge to begin hearing cases in December 2022. Judge Schultz ear ned a Bachelor of Arts in 1990 from Canisius College and a Juris Doctor in 1995 from the State University of New York at Buffalo. From 2016 to 2022, he served as an assistant chief counsel, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in Buffalo. From 2007 to 2016, he practiced immigration law and removal defense litigation at Barclay Damon LLP in Buffalo. From 1996 to 2007, he was partner at Sacks, Kolken, & Schultz in Buffalo. Judge Schultz is a member of the New York State Bar.
