Peter A. Kim was appointed as an Immigration Judge to begin hearing cases in February 2023. Judge Kim ear ned a Juris Doctor in 2006 from the University of West Los Angeles. From 2007 to 2022, he was in private practice at the Law Offices of Peter A. Kim in Los Angeles where he represented noncitizens before the immigration court and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Homeland Security. Judge Kim is a member of the State Bar of California.
