Kevin E. Stanley was appointed as an Immigration Judge to begin hearing cases in October 2022. Judge Stanley ear ned a Bachelor of Science in 1998 from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctor in 2001 from the Florida State University College of Law. From 2018 to 2022, he served as a deputy chief counsel, Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Department of Homeland Security, in Orlando, Florida. From 2008 to 2018 he served as an assistant chief counsel, OPLA, ICE in Orlando. From 2001 to 2008, he served as an assistant state's attorney with the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando. Judge Stanley is a member of the Florida Bar.
