Judge Evans ear ned a Bachelor of Arts in 1993 from the University of California, Davisand a Juris Doctor in 1993 from the University of Dayton School of Law. From 2016 to 2020, heserved as an administrative law judge, Office of Administrative Law Judge, State of Montana,Department of Public Health and Human Services, Child Support Enforcement Division, in Helena. From 2015 to 2016, he served as an administrative law judge for the Montana Department of Labor and Industry, in Helena. From 1994 to 2015, he was in private practice, in Vancouver, Washington. Judge Evans is a member of the Montana State Bar and Washington State Bar.
