Nguyen to begin hearing cases in October 2019.Judge Nguyen ear ned a Bachelor of Science in 2001 from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Juris Doctor in 2005 from Temple University School of Law. From 2016 to 2019, heserved as an assistant chief counsel, Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in San Antonio and Pearsall, Texas. From 2013 to 2016, he was an attorney for Margaret W. Wong & Associates, in Cleveland. From2007 to 2013, he was an attorney for Reza Athari & Associates, in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. In 2006, he was an attorney for Law Offices of Tahir Mella, in Philadelphia. Judge Nguyen is am ember of the Pennsylvania State Bar.
