Agnieszka ("Aggie") Dolinska Norregard was appointed as an Immigration Judge to begin hearing cases in March 2022. Judge Norregard ear ned a Bachelor of Arts in 1998 from Boise State University and a Juris Doctor in 2001 from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School of Law. Judge Norregard has been in private practice as an Immigration Attorney her entire career. From 2018 to 2022, she served as Managing Attorney of Wilner & O'Reilly's Riverside, California office, and from 2008 to 2018, as an Associate Attorney with the firm's Orange County, California, office. From 2003 to 2008, she was an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of John R. Alcorn in Irvine. Judge Norregard is a member of the State Bar of California and the Utah State Bar.
