Visiting
Visitation hours: Visiting hours are as follows Monday and Friday, 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. OR 1 p.m. - 3 p.m, High and medium-high levels ONLY, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. OR 1 p.m. - 3 p.m, Low and medium-low levels ONLY, Saturday, 7 a.m. - 8 a.m, Low and medium-low ONLY. Picnic Visits: Tuesday and Thursday ONLY 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. and the visit MUST be requested by the Detainee. Visitors are not allowed on the compound after 9 a.m. for the morning visits and 2 p.m. for the afternoon visits. All visitors must have a valid ID or passport, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Legal visits
Legal representatives of detainees are authorized to visit their clients during the following hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on weekends Legal visitation can be scheduled in advance through ERO eFile on a first come basis.
Mail and money
Letters sent to detainees must include the last four digits of the detainee's A-number (Alien Number), plus the sender's name and address. A mail pick-up and delivery schedule is posted in all housing units. Indigent detainees (those who have no means of financial support and no funds in their facility account) will be provided postage allowance at government expense. To enhance the safety of the facility, all incoming mail is subject to screening for contraband.
