Visiting
The Phelps County Jail offers HomeWav Video visitation onsite, free to the public Mondays and Saturdays 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. ICE detainees are allowed one (1) hour of visitation per week and can be divided into two (2) 30-minute visits.

Mail and money
Letters sent to detainees must be addressed as indicated below, and must include the sender's name and address. A mail pick-up and delivery schedule are posted in all housing units.
