EOIR-33/BIA Change of Address/Contact Information Form, Board of Immigration Appeals

Reports a change of address to the Board of Immigration Appeals while an appeal is pending. Notices go to the last address on file, and a hearing notice sent to an old address that leads to an in absentia order is very difficult to undo. It must be filed within five working days of the move.

  • Filing an AR-11 with USCIS does not update the court's or the Board's address. They are separate systems and both need telling.
