I-694 Notice of Appeal of Decision Under Sections 210 or 245A of the Immigration and Nationality Act

Appeals a denial in a 1986 legalisation or special agricultural worker case to the Administrative Appeals Office. Like the other 245A forms, it survives for a shrinking group of litigation class members.
