I-829 Petition by Investor to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status
Removes the two-year condition from an EB-5 investor's green card. The investor must show the money stayed at risk and the required jobs were created or will be within a reasonable time. It is filed in the 90 days before the conditional card expires.
