I-363 Request to Enforce Affidavit of Financial Support and Intent to Petition for Legal Custody for Public Law 97-359 Amerasian
Asks USCIS to enforce the support promise made on Form I-361 when a sponsor has not kept it. Like the I-361, it applies only to Amerasian cases under Public Law 97-359.
