I-356 Request for Cancellation of Public Charge Bond
Asks USCIS to cancel a public charge bond and release the money. It is filed when the bonded immigrant naturalises, leaves permanently, dies, or is no longer subject to the bond condition. It is rare because public charge bonds themselves are rare.
