Judge Martz ear ned a Bachelor of Arts in 1998 from Boston College, a Juris Doctor in2007 from Florida State University, and a Master of Laws degree in 2012 from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School. He served in the Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate from 2007 to 2018 and as a Marine officer from 1998 to 2018. Judge Martz is am ember of The Florida Bar and the Washington State Bar.
