Judge Tisocco ear ned a Bachelor of Arts in 2004 from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor in 2008 from Suffolk University Law School. From 2015 to 2022, he was in private practice at Tisocco Immigration PLLC in Seattle represent ing individuals before EOIR; the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Homeland Security; and the Department of State. From 2012 to 2015, he was partner at Stratton & Tisocco PLLC in Seattle. From 2010 to 2012, he was an associate attorney at Jakeman Shaklee Oliver, PS in Seattle. From 2009 to 2010, he was in private practice at the Law Office of Michael J. Tisocco in Seattle. Judge Tisocco is a member of the Washington State Bar.
