Judge Ferguson ear ned a Bachelor of Arts in 2006 from Texas Tech University and a Juris Doctor in 2009 from University of Houston Law Center. From 2016 to 2019, he served as first assistant district attorney for the 119th Judicial District of Texas, in San Angelo, Texas. From2012 to 2016, he served as an assistant district attorney for the 51st and 119th Judicial Districtsof Texas, in San Angelo, Texas. From 2010 to 2012, he served as an assistant district attorney for the 31st Judicial District of Texas, in Pampa, Texas. Judge Ferguson is a member of the Texas State Bar.
