Visitation hours: Weekdays: 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m, Weekends: 10:30 a.m, Government Holidays: 10:30 a.m. On-site visitation is located at Door "I" of the Sherburne County Government Center. - Visitors coming to the public video visitation area for an on-site visit must present a valid government-issued photo identification card, such as an official driver's license, a state-issued identification card, or a military identification card.

Attorneys and/or paralegals of detainees are authorized to visit their clients during the following hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. Please note that a G-28 must be on file for any information to be disclosed.

An attorney needs a signed G-28 on file to be recognised. See finding and helping a detained person.

Letters sent to detainees must include the last four digits of the detainee's A-number (File Number), plus the sender's name and address. A mail pick-up and delivery schedule is posted in all housing units. Indigent detainees (those who have no means of financial support and no funds in their facility account) will be provided postage allowance at government expense. To enhance the safety of the facility, all incoming mail is subject to screening for contraband.
