Visiting
Visitation hours: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Visitors must visit the Securus website to create an online account at least twenty-four (24) business hours prior to the planned first scheduled visit and to schedule all future visits. Visitors are required to upload a valid government photo ID. No more than two (2) visitors are allowed to visit at one time, excluding accommodations made for minor visitors, with a maximum of five (5) visitors each visiting period.
Legal visits
Facility staff will not have access to ERO eFile at this time; legal representatives should download copies of their submitted G-28 for any in-person or remote legal visit. G-28s filed on behalf of detained aliens at this facility can now be accepted through the online platform ERO eFile.
Mail and money
All incoming mail is subject for review. Money can be placed on a detainee's account for the detainee to use on purchasing commissary items or for communication services through Securus. Before sending packages to detainees, call (612) 843-8600.
