Visiting
Visitation hours: General population visits are scheduled by the first letter of the detainee's last name - A-D: Saturday - 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m, - E-L: Saturday - 1 p.m. - 3 p.m, - M-R: Sunday - 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m, - S-Z: Sunday - 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. Visitors must be requested by the detainee and approved prior to a visit
Legal visits
Legal representatives are authorized to visit their clients during the following hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. G-28s filed on behalf of detained aliens at this facility can now be accepted through the online platform ERO eFile.
Mail and money
Letters sent to detainees must have the detainee's complete first and last name, plus the sender's name and address. Money can be placed on the detainee's account by calling ICS Corrections at (866) 345-1884, or online. The facility does not accept packages from family or friends.
