Visitation hours: Monday 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.; Tuesday 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.; Saturday 1:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.; Thursday 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.; Sunday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.; Friday 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.; Sunday 1:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.; Wednesday 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.; Saturday 7 a.m. - 8 a.m.. Visitation is allowed seven (7) days a week. Visitation closes at 9:30 p.m. on weekdays and 10:30 p.m. on weekends. Adult visitors must present a valid, verifiable government-issued identification card to enter the facility.

Legal representatives are authorized to visit their detained clients during the following hours: In-Person Visitation Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. For visits starting November 1, 2025, legal visitation can be scheduled in advance through ERO eFile on a first come first serve basis.

An attorney needs a signed G-28 on file to be recognised. See finding and helping a detained person.

Letters sent to detainees must include the last four digits of the detainee's A-number (File Number), plus the sender's name and address. A mail pick-up and delivery schedule is posted in all housing units. Indigent detainees (those who have no means of financial support and no funds in their facility account) will be provided postage allowance at government expense. To enhance the safety of the facility, all incoming mail is subject to screening for contraband.
