Visitation hours: Low Custody, Monday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m, Wednesday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m, Saturday 8 a.m. - 12 p.m; High Custody, Tuesday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m, Thursday 12 p.m. - 8 p.m, Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m, Sunday 8 a.m. - 12 p.m; Holidays 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Visiting is routinely conducted on federally recognized Holidays in addition to the posted session days and time. Schedule and procedures are subject to change based upon operational requirements. Visitation for administrative or disciplinary segregation status will generally be non-contact unless prior approval is obtained from the Chief of Security.

Legal representatives of detainees are authorized to visit their clients during the following hours: In-Person Visitation Weekdays : 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. G-28s filed on behalf of detained aliens at this facility can now be accepted through the online platform ERO eFile.

Letters sent to detainees must include the last four digits of the detainee's A-number (File Number), plus the sender's name and address. A mail pick-up and delivery schedule is posted in all housing units. Indigent detainees (those who have no means of financial support and no funds in their facility account) will be provided postage allowance at government expense. To enhance the safety of the facility, all incoming mail is subject to screening for contraband.
