I-864P HHS Poverty Guidelines for Affidavit of Support

The income table that goes with the affidavit of support. It sets the 125 percent thresholds by household size, and the 100 percent threshold for active-duty sponsors of a spouse or child. It is published rather than filed, and it is reissued each year.
