I-140G Immigrant Petition for the Gold Card Program

The petition for the Gold Card immigrant programme created by Executive Order 14351 in September 2025. A person registers at trumpcard.gov, waits for USCIS to invite them, then files this form in a USCIS online account. It cannot be mailed and cannot be filed before the invitation arrives.
