I-134 Declaration of Financial Support
A promise of financial support for a specific person, used in nonimmigrant and parole contexts rather than in green card cases. Sponsors of parole programmes and supporters of visitors and fiancé(e)s use it. Unlike the I-864 it is not a legally enforceable contract, and adjudicators treat it as one piece of evidence.

What changed in 2025 and 2026
- Green card sponsorship uses Form I-864 instead, which is enforceable. Several parole processes that ran on the online I-134A supporter form were suspended or terminated in 2025.
