I-131A Application for Carrier Documentation

Gets a boarding foil for a permanent resident stranded abroad whose green card or reentry permit was lost, stolen, or expired. It tells the airline it may carry the person to the United States. It is filed and paid online from outside the country, then finished at a U.S. embassy or consulate.
