I-102 Application for Replacement/Initial Nonimmigrant Arrival-Departure Document

Requests a replacement Form I-94 arrival/departure record, or an initial I-94 for someone who should have received one. Most travellers can print an I-94 free from the CBP website, so this form is for cases where the record is missing, wrong, or was issued on paper and lost.

$560, plus a separate, non-waivable $24 Public Law 119-21 I-94 fee. $0 (plus the $24) for nonimmigrant members of the U.S. armed forces, NATO forces, and Partnership for Peace personnel. $0 with no added fee if USCIS made the error.

What changed in 2025 and 2026

  • The $24 fee was added by the 05/29/26 edition of the G-1055 fee schedule. USCIS rejects any I-102 postmarked on or after May 29, 2026 without it. Replacing a lost I-94W or I-95 does not carry the extra fee.
