G-28I Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney in Matters Outside the Geographical Confines of the United States
The overseas version of the G-28. A lawyer admitted to practice outside the United States uses it to appear before DHS in a matter that is itself outside the United States, such as a filing at an international USCIS office. It does not authorize practice before USCIS domestically.
