G-1450 Authorization for Credit Card Transactions
Authorizes USCIS to charge a filing fee to a credit, debit, or prepaid card when a form is filed on paper. Since USCIS stopped taking checks and money orders for most paper filings, this or the ACH form is how a mailed case gets paid. One G-1450 covers one benefit request.

What changed in 2025 and 2026
- USCIS no longer accepts personal or business checks, money orders, or cashier's checks for paper filings unless the filer qualifies for the paper-payment exemption on Form G-1651. A single benefit request may be split across at most a $24,999 card total.
