What changed in 2025 and 2026
- The 05/29/26 edition added the $24 Public Law 119-21 fee for Form I-102. USCIS rejects filings postmarked on or after May 29, 2026 without it. The Public Law 119-21 fees adjust every year by statute, so the schedule changes more often than the old fee rules did.
