EOIR-42A Application for Cancellation of Removal for Certain Permanent Residents

Asks the immigration judge to cancel removal for a permanent resident who has held the green card five years, lived in the United States continuously for seven years after any admission, and has no aggravated felony conviction. If granted, the person keeps their green card.
