EOIR-29 Notice of Appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals from a Decision of a DHS Officer
Appeals a USCIS decision that the BIA reviews rather than the AAO - in practice a denied I-130 or a denied widow(er) I-360. Confusingly, it is filed with the USCIS office that made the decision, and the fee is paid to USCIS, not to EOIR.
