G-1256 Declaration for Interpreted USCIS Interview
Signed at a USCIS interview when the applicant brings an interpreter. It records who interpreted, confirms the applicant is satisfied with the interpretation, and puts the interpreter on notice about confidentiality and accuracy. The officer can still refuse to let a particular interpreter take part.
